Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the recruitment efforts for SAP roles by developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract top-tier SAP candidates, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and organizational culture.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated on SAP market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment planning and employer branding efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically focused on SAP recruitment.In-depth knowledge of SAP roles, skills, and technologies.Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of successfully filling SAP positions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements.Benefits
