Key Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunities.
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
- Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
- Track Tenders / RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
- Manage bidding process, form consortia with partner firms, prepare bid documents, and follow up with clients / partners till bid submission.
- Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes.
- Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid.
- Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till the end.
- For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and the internal team.
- Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.
- Play a support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.
Requirements :
Must have 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in System Integration, IT / Manpower, Website Development / Mobile Application, Social Media, BPO / Call Centre.Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals.Good knowledge of RFPs is required.Strong relationships with OEMs are preferred.WORK FROM OFFICEWhat we offer :
