Remote US Recruiter ( IT & non-IT ) - Freelance Only

Looking for a seasoned recruiter who can source, call and verify salaries of candidates for all IT andnon-IT roles - with a focus on senior-level engineering positions. The roles span across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and both blue and white-collar jobs.Key Responsibilities : - Source candidates from job boards, professional networks and referrals- Conduct initial calls with candidates- Confirm salary expectations with candidates- Submit qualified candidates to the client- Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates before initial calls.- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.- Collect and provide feedback to candidate's post-interview.Ideal Skills : - Strong experience in recruiting for senior-level engineering roles- Proficiency in utilizing job boards, professional networks and referrals for candidate sourcing- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to handle diverse IT and non-IT job rolesThe candidate search should focus on nationwide in the US.
