Assistant Manager - BPO Voice

Location : Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi.

Graduation- Degree Mandatory

Salary range : Upto 8 LPA

Experience : Minimum 5 yrs experience in any BPO. Team handling experience is a must.

Shift : Night Shift (5 days / week)

Working Days- Monday - Friday

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a BPO voice process

At least 2 years of proven experience in managing a customer service team

Inbound call experience is mandatory

Strong expertise in shrinkage and attrition management

Demonstrated ability in leadership, coaching, team motivation, and conflict resolution
