ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a seasoned
Assistant Manager – Technology Recruitment
with 9 –12 years of hands-on experience
in technology hiring to join our dynamic team in Pune.
Good experience in handling a team directly (min 5-6 recruiters)
Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets
Worked in consulting environment and understands the pressure / drive to excel
Supporting the client HR team
in other transactional areas, if requested
Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level technology roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PRE-REQUISITES
Experience into Recruiting / coordination for IT Recruitment
Experience Range : Minimum 9-12 years specifically into Technology Recruitments.
Experience working in Account Management / Team leading
Must be good with Data Management and Reports
Notice Period : Immediate joiners to 15 days
Recruitment Life cycle, Team Management with cross-functional teams.
Understanding the requirements and then cascading the same to the back-end delivery team.
Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
