ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager – Technology Recruitment with 9–12 years of hands-on experience in technology hiring to join our dynamic team in Pune.
- Good experience in handling a team directly (min 5-6 recruiters)
- Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets
- Worked in consulting environment and understands the pressure / drive to excel
- Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level technology roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience into Recruiting / coordination for IT RecruitmentExperience Range : Minimum 9-12 years specifically into Technology Recruitments.Experience working in Account Management / Team leadingMust be good with Data Management and ReportsNotice Period : Immediate joiners to 15 daysRecruitment Life cycle, Team Management with cross-functional teams.Understanding the requirements and then cascading the same to the back-end delivery team.Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
