Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction & Coordination :
- Call clients to schedule and confirm site visits.
- Coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up :
- Call on leads provided and engage them to understand their needs and preferences.
- Generate new leads from given data and qualify them for site visits.
- Client Needs Analysis :
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the sales team.
- Ensure that client expectations are managed and aligned with available real estate offerings.
- Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team by providing timely and relevant information during the pre-sales process.
