We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team in India & Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
  • Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and property values in the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
  • Assist clients in the paperwork and documentation process.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have excellent knowledge about Dubai Real Estate Market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and real estate platforms.
  • A valid real estate license or certification is preferred.
