FuelBuddy - Assistant Vice President - National Enterprise Sales

Description : FuelBuddy is seeking a relentless and proven AVP - National Enterprise Sales to be the driving force behind our B2B enterprise client acquisition strategy across India.

This is a pure hunter role requiring an aggressive, independent approach to identifying, navigating, and securing high-value, long-term contracts. The successful candidate will own the entire sales cycle, from cold-start prospecting to final commercial closure, across national corporate and industrial accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

• New Client Acquisition (100% Focus) : Independently identify, target, and acquire large-scale enterprise clients across all high-potential sectors nationwide. This role carries high new-logo revenue targets.
• Strategic Pipeline Management : Build, manage, and accelerate a national sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and closing complex deals with long sales cycles.
• Independent Closure : Take full ownership of the sales process, including initial presentations, stakeholder mapping (Procurement, Finance, Operations, C-Suite), negotiation, and contractual closure.
• Market Intelligence : Act as the voice of the market, providing strategic insights to the management team regarding emerging client needs, competitive strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Travel and Presence : Maintain an extensive travel schedule to meet prospects and manage sales negotiations in critical markets across India, ensuring physical presence is a key competitive advantage.
