Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Govt Sales & Market Access at Stemtech Medical Devices, located in Navi Mumbai.
The Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for government markets, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving market access initiatives.
The role includes identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will also play a key role to build and oversee sales teams and collaborate with internal departments to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in sales strategies, market access initiatives, and government sales
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Proficiency in overseeing sales teams and collaborating with internal departments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
