Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Site Head to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing site visits, sourcing potential buyers, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Sourcing
4. Agency on Onboarding
5. Marketing Execution Online & Offline (Keeping the daily track of both)
6. CP Activation
Executing CP meet Weekly
Minimum no. of CP visit ensured at site as discussed with management
Take Snaps / videos of CP Meet
7. Lead Allocation to Presales
Lead V / s Walkin should be more than 10%
8. Generating Targeted visits (considering closing ratio submit weekly & monthly plans to the management)
9. Attending Clients and closing them at targeted rates.
10. Launch Day -
Customer should bring 10% own contribution cheque, Government Charges & Sanction Letter
11. Mop-Up
Closing the clients who were not closed at the time of token Allocation
12. Sustenance –
Take Booking at revised rate as per the management.
13. Agreement of Customers
14. Sales / Revenue Targets
The weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and yearly targets to the achieved as given by the management.
