Sales Head [Digital Solutions / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales]
Location : Mumbai
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with experience in full-cycle solution sales across BFSI, IT / ITeS industries. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, and a proven track record in driving revenue and closing complex deals. Experience or interest in AI and cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable , along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities :
- Pipeline Development : Prospect, qualify, and manage enterprise opportunities across BFSI, IT / ITeS industries.
- Consultative Selling : Engage with customers on AI, security, and compliance challenges.
- Full-Cycle Sales : Drive sales from first meeting to signed contract, coordinating with Sales Engineers for technical alignment.
- Customer Engagement : Deliver presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase capabilities.
- Proposal & Negotiation : Handle RFPs, pricing proposals, and contracts to successful closure.
- Collaboration : Partner with global sales leadership to align territory goals with company objectives.
Requirements :
6+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI security solutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex B2B consultative sales.Strong understanding of enterprise IT, AI adoption, and security compliance (ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP).Skilled in selling to CxOs, CISOs, CIOs, and IT / security decision-makers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Interested Candidates can share their resumes on neha@acme-services.in
