About the Role :
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Assistant Vice President – Products (DTC, DRS & B2B2C) to lead the next phase of digital transformation across CRIF’s consumer and partner-facing platforms. This leadership role is responsible for defining, developing, and executing the product strategy for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, AI-powered Dispute Resolution System (DRS), and B2B2C ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine deep product management expertise with strong business acumen, regulatory awareness, and a proven ability to translate complex data and compliance frameworks into impactful customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Product Leadership :
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across DTC, DRS, and B2B2C platforms.
Drive platform transformation initiatives that enhance digital engagement, user experience, and monetization.
Align product strategy with CRIF’s organizational goals, financial targets, and regulatory frameworks.
Introduce next-generation credit solutions leveraging AI, big data, and automation to strengthen CRIF’s market leadership.
Innovation & Platform Transformation :
Lead conceptualization and rollout of innovative digital products and features to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Design and implement an AI-driven Dispute Resolution System to streamline consumer complaint handling and reduce turnaround times.
Spearhead personalization and intelligent notification systems to improve engagement, retention, and platform monetization.
Enhance cross-platform usability and accessibility through mobile-first and API-driven designs.
Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Data Science, Technology, UX, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.
Drive Agile execution and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Act as the frontline representative for product-related queries during RBI audits and regulatory reviews in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Business teams to develop effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive adoption across customer segments.
Financial Ownership & Performance Management :
Manage product P&L, budget planning, and financial forecasting for DTC, DRS, and B2B2C portfolios.
Build and monitor business cases to track ROI, conversion metrics, and customer impact.
Identify new monetization opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership :
Mentor and develop a high-performing product team that thrives on ownership, innovation, and accountability.
Build cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration to ensure alignment across all product and business verticals.
Represent the product function in leadership forums, strategy discussions, and regulatory interactions.
Strengthened compliance posture by serving as a key defense during RBI regulatory audits.
Qualifications :
MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree, preferably with specialization in Product Management, Information Technology, or Business Strategy.
12+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology-driven financial services.
Proven success in leading multi-platform portfolios (D2C, DRS, and B2B2C) within credit bureau, fintech, or BFSI environments.
Deep understanding of credit bureau operations, RBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and lifecycle management.
Strong data interpretation, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities with a track record of influencing at senior levels.
Required Skills :
Exposure to AI / ML-based decision systems and automation tools.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Clarity PPM for product management.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Firebase, Optimizely, and Adobe Target.
Strong understanding of user behavior analytics, conversion funnel optimization, and UX design principles.
