Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a L1 Service Desk - English at Digital Remote Services. The L1 Service Desk will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving IT issues, managing service desk tickets, and providing timely customer support. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Service Desk and Help Desk Support
  • Knowledge of Information Technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or related field are desirable
