About the Role :
We are looking for a competent Help Desk L1 / L2 Technician proficient in French to provide fast and effective technical assistance on computer systems.
The role involves addressing basic technical issues, offering practical solutions, and ensuring seamless customer support.
An ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to handle queries with patience and :
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
- Provide remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questioning.
- Determine and implement the best solutions based on the reported issues.
- Guide customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets.
Requirements :
Educational Qualification :
BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA (ITIL certification is preferable but not mandatory).Experience : Minimum 1 year as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role.Skills :
Proficiency in French language with excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle demanding situations.Work Environment :
