Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for coustomer service and WCA Sales. The responsibilities include handling day-to-day import -expirt documentation, managing customer communications and service, and coordinating import-export activities. The role also focuses on developing and managing pricing strategies to optimize the sales performance.

Qualifications

• Export Documentation and Import Export skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to manage and optimize pricing strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
