Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air and Ocean Import Specialist located in Delhi . The role involves handling the day-to-day operations of import shipments via air and ocean freight. Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also be required to track shipments, update clients on shipment status, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in air and ocean freight operations
• Proficiency in managing import documentation and customs compliance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with carriers and logistics partners
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with freight forwarding and logistics software systems
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the freight forwarding industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
