Role & responsibilities
- Overall, should have around 5-7 years of experience in managing HRIS.
- Should have knowledge around managing HRMIS like Headcount, payroll, CTC, HR Dashboards in excel and on HR tools.
- Should have good exposure in managing data analysis, calculations.
- Should have experience in managing HR Compliance (PF,ESIC) along with managing challans.
- Manage in-Depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with Legal / Finance department as needed / required.
- Ensuring to maintain regular employee database along with accuracy.
- Need hands-on experience in managing employee queries related to CTC structure, exit, payouts, etc.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
- Educate employees on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
