Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate placements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and job openings in the recruitment database.

- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.1-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of the labor market and understanding of various industries is a plus.
