Urgent Hiring For Business Development Lead – Partnerships B2B Location – PUNE, Kharadi

Experience -3 - 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.

Industry – Health care, wellness & fitness

Salary – UP TO 10 LPA Based on experienced

Note – Immediate joiner will be highly preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Lead (BDM) to spearhead B2B Partnership initiatives for our company. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating strategic alliances, and driving growth through innovative partnership models. The ideal Candidate will combine strong business acumen with excellent relationship-building and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners across relevant sectors.
  • Develop and pitch compelling partnership models aligned with company business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements that deliver long-term value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, community) to deliver successful

Partnership activations.

  • Track performance metrics for partnerships and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • MBA preferred.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue or partnership growth targets.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a strong plus.
