About the Role :
ValueDX is looking for a self-driven Business Development professional with deep expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
This is an individual contributor role, responsible for the complete end-to-end sales processfrom prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently generate and qualify leads in the US Healthcare (RCM) domain.
- Manage the entire sales cycle : prospecting, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, billing companies, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored RCM solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while representing the company 5+ years of proven BD / Sales experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of RCM processes : medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management.
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor handling end-to-end sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to work in US shifts from Baner, Pune (Work from Office).
