Key Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Write and manage job descriptions for various verticals, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company's requirements.
- Post job openings across multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for mid- and junior-level roles.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases, hiring dashboards, and follow-ups to ensure timely progress.
- Close 7-8 positions per month across multiple categories.

Understand department-specific hiring needs directly from the founder or vertical leads.Align recruitment timelines with department goals and deliver closures as per targets.Handle interview coordination, rescheduling, and timely communication with candidates.Collaborate with a junior intern for sourcing & logistics support.4. Employer Branding
Create a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Occasionally assist with creating hiring content for LinkedIn or other social platforms.Represent the company brand professionally and provide industry insights to candidates.Candidate Profile :
Graduate in any discipline (HR or Business background preferred).Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.Prior experience hiring for beauty, salon, hair, or creative industries is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Google Sheets / Excel.Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet monthly hiring targets.Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.Skills Required
