What You will Do :

• Drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, ATS , and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
• Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
• Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
• Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights
