Manager - Business Development - Commercial Real Estate

Job Profile / Responsibilities :

• Customer Account Management : Mapping client's requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
• Sales Goals Management : Achieve individual sales targets as set by management.
• MIS : Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled.
• Proposal Management Process : Execute and manage the proposal development process
• Data Base Management : Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence.
• Event Participation : Represent the company at various business forums and / or business meetings to promote the company.
• New Business Management : Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
• Lead Management : responsible for establishing contact on all inbound leads received for the region.
