We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
This is a remote opportunity that requires strong expertise in the US IT recruitment process, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates—especially with TCS.
You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sourcing : Identify and engage with top talent across various platforms.
- Screening : Assess candidate qualifications and experience.
- Onboarding : Ensure seamless transition of new hires into the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (MUST).Strong familiarity with hiring for TCS Implementation.In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Benefits :
