Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment for software professionals.
- Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in IT recruitment with expertise in ERP and CRM systems.Prior experience working in fast-paced target-driven environments is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bonus Points :
