The Role

• Managing a local portfolio - no more than 5-10kms from the office
• Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
• Respond to all phone and email inquiries
• Managing maintenance
• Entry & Exits Condition Reports
• Arrears Management
• Attending NCAT if / when required

The Person

The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...

• Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
• Current Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
• Valid drivers licence and vehicle
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
• Good longevity across your career
• Professional personal presentation
