SITE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $50M luxury Class 2 residential new build.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly reputable head contractor with a strong track record in the market. You will be working alongside a team of seasoned professionals in a supportive environment that values collaboration, quality, and excellence.

Ideal candidate must have a proven track record delivering high-end residential schemes to exacting standards, with strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and subcontractor management.

Requirements :

• Demonstrated experience managing luxury residential projects
• Solid understanding of Class 2 residential regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

Contract : 6 months, with potential extension.

Location : Eastern Suburbs
