🎯 Key Responsibilities
Own client relationships from first contact to settlementAdvise and structure loans across multiple lenders and product typesComplete credit submissions, compliance, and lender liaisonBuild referral partnerships and your own pipeline while working company-supplied leadsMaintain accurate CRM data and compliance checklistsContribute to team culture, process improvements, and knowledge sharing🧰 What You’ll Bring
At least 1 year in mortgage broking or loan writing (mentoring provided ifConfident, native-level English communication (phone & written)Strong problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detailHigh self-discipline—you thrive in a remote set-upFamiliarity with Australian lender policies and NCCP / responsible-lending rulesExperience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, or similar is a plusCertificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)💸 Salary & Bonus Structure
Base salary + super aligned to your monthly revenue target :
$70k + super → $12k / month target$80k + super → $14k / month target$90k + super → $16k / month target$100k + super → $18k / month targetHow bonus works :
You earn 50% of revenue generated over your monthly target (uncapped)Example : If your target is $16k and you write $24k, you’re $8k over → $4,000 bonusRamp-Up Targets (First 6 months) :
Month 1 : $0Months 2–4 : 50% of full targetMonths 5–6 : 75% of full targetMonth 7 onwards : Full target based on your base salary bandAny shortfall carries forward before bonus is payableTargets and bonuses account for claw backs at commission reconciliationAll revenue sources, including trail income count towards your target : personal loans, equipment / asset finance, overdrafts, engagement fees, insurance policies, etc.Commissions are paid the pay cycle after Fundd receives them (monthly reconciliation).🛠 Support & Tools
