Job description

Job Title : Key Account Manager

Location : Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad

Reports to : Head of Key Account Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with leading developers, architects, and decision-makers in the residential and hospitality sectors. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth through deep client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with developers, architects, and key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute strategic account plans aligned to growth and revenue objectives.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts while driving penetration into new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and technical) to deliver customized solutions and service excellence.
  • Monitor market movements, share business intelligence, and proactively adapt strategies

Skills & Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree; MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of proven experience in Key Account Management / Business Development within building materials, construction, or real estate.
  • Strong industry network in residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment in driving revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
