Job descriptionTrack spend versus outcomes and regularly share performance insights. Lead barter-based influencer collaborations to drive authentic user-generated content (UGC). Ensure every partnership aligns with Cava’s brand tone and campaign goals. Establish and nurture strong relationships with influencers, content creators, journalists, and Act as the brand’s voice across PR and influencer touchpoints, ensuring consistent Ideate, plan, and execute offline events and pop-up activations that drive engagement and Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth execution and brand alignment. Manage and grow Cava’s corporate social handles (LinkedIn, Twitter / X). Drive thought leadership, brand storytelling, and engagement aligned with brand tone and Monitor the effectiveness of PR and influencer campaigns through measurable metrics Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategy. 3–5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications. Proven ability to plan and execute PR / influencer campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of social platforms — especially LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and tracking. Creative storyteller with strong brand intuition. Strong executional ownership and attention to detail. Relationship-driven and collaborative. Agile and comfortable in a fast-moving, D2C environment.
Role Purpose
To build and amplify Cava’s brand presence through strategic PR, influencer collaborations, and
community engagement. This role blends creativity with relationship-building, ensuring that every
partnership, event, and campaign strengthens how Cava shows up across media, social, and culture.

and maximum ROI.
