Role Purpose
To build and amplify Cava’s brand presence through strategic PR, influencer collaborations, and
community engagement. This role blends creativity with relationship-building, ensuring that every
partnership, event, and campaign strengthens how Cava shows up across media, social, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Influencer & PR Budget
- Oversee and optimize the monthly influencer and PR budget to ensure strategic allocation
and maximum ROI.
Track spend versus outcomes and regularly share performance insights.2. Execute Barter Collaborations
Lead barter-based influencer collaborations to drive authentic user-generated content (UGC).Ensure every partnership aligns with Cava’s brand tone and campaign goals.3. Build & Maintain Relationships
Establish and nurture strong relationships with influencers, content creators, journalists, andthought leaders.
Act as the brand’s voice across PR and influencer touchpoints, ensuring consistentrepresentation.
4. Offline Event Activations
Ideate, plan, and execute offline events and pop-up activations that drive engagement andmedia visibility.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth execution and brand alignment.5. Oversee Social Media Presence
Manage and grow Cava’s corporate social handles (, Twitter / X).Drive thought leadership, brand storytelling, and engagement aligned with brand tone andvoice.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Monitor the effectiveness of PR and influencer campaigns through measurable metrics(reach, engagement, conversions, earned media).
Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategy.Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.Proven ability to plan and execute PR / influencer campaigns end-to-end.Strong understanding of social platforms — especially , Twitter (X), Instagram.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and tracking.Behavioural Competencies
