Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Identity :
- Define, strengthen, and evolve the brands positioning, tone, and visual identity across channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, including digital, print, and events.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Campaigns & Content :
Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and affinity.Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms.Manage the brand calendar and ensure timely execution of key initiatives and launches.Develop storytelling frameworks for social media, blogs, videos, and PR features.Social Media & Digital Presence :
Own social media strategy and execution from content ideation to community engagement and analytics.Create content that reflects brand personality, including posts, memes, and thought leadership pieces.Track performance across platforms and optimize based on insights and trends.PR, Media & Thought Leadership :
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key partners.Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and brand stories.Support leadership and subject-matter experts in developing thought-leadership content.Data, Insights & Optimization :
Monitor brand perception and digital sentiment across channels.Use data to evaluate campaign performance and audience engagement.Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve brand reach and effectiveness.Required Skills & Qualifications :
3-6 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or related roles.Proven ability to craft and execute creative campaigns across digital ecosystems.Strong grasp of storytelling, brand identity, and audience engagement.Excellent communication and copywriting skills both strategic and creative.Deep understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X / Twitter, YouTube, etc.)PR and media experience from drafting press releases to managing journalist relations.Comfort with analytics tools to interpret performance data and refine strategies.Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams.Preferred Qualifications :
