We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive measurable pipeline growth. In this role, you will own SEO strategy, paid media programs, email campaign execution, and conversion optimization initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the product marketing, inside sales and website teams on optimizing digital marketing programs through continuous improvements, but your core focus will be scaling digital campaigns that fuel demand for our solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a digital marketing roadmap that aligns with demand generation and sales pipeline goals.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including agencies and contractors, to deliver pipeline growth and ROI.
- Champion an AI-enabled, data-driven approach to campaign design, execution, and optimization.
- Own and scale MetricStream’s global SEO strategy to increase keyword rankings, organic traffic, and thought leadership visibility.
- Partner with the Website team to ensure technical SEO, site performance, and content optimization align with AI-First Connected GRC messaging.
- Manage planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, , GDN, Demandbase, and other digital channels.
- Align campaigns with buyer journeys, personas (C-suite, risk, compliance, audit leaders), and verticals (BFSI, healthcare, energy, and beyond).
- Optimize budgets and bids to maximize Hot Leads, SQLs, and pipeline impact.
- Drive experimentation and testing of landing pages, lead forms, and user flows.
- Collaborate with the Website team on UI / UX refinements to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure channel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Demandbase and other tools).
- Translate data into actionable insights for leadership, ensuring digital programs directly support opportunity pipeline growth.
Skills and Experience
7–10 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in a manager or leadership role.Proven track record driving pipeline growth via SEO, SEM / PPC, and CRO.Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Ads, Ads, and GA4.Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to show ROI and pipeline impact.Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.Passion for digital innovation, AI-first strategies, and measurable marketing outcomes.Why Join MetricStream
