We're now looking for someone to head influencer partnerships - a leader who builds strong networks, drives impactful collaborations and makes campaigns deliver results.
We are now looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing who can develop and lead strategies that amplify Yaas channels, expand reach and foster brand traction via creative influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish, expand and continuously maintain a dynamic repository of Micro, Nano, and Macro influencers across diverse content niches, ensuring on-demand activation of collaborations.
- Design and lead influencer marketing strategies aligned with client channel objectives, subscriber growth and engagement targets.
- Continuously identify, vet, onboard and nurture influencer talent - ensuring relevance, credibility, and alignment with brand values.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiations to contracting, execution and performance tracking.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations to deliver cost-effective yet high-impact collaborations, balancing ROI with long-term relationship building.
- Define and monitor campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, subscriber growth, conversions), leveraging insights to refine strategy and maximize impact.
- Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure influencer efforts are seamlessly integrated into channel growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of content, platform and influencer marketing trends to keep Yaas and its clients at the cutting edge.
- Mentor and lead a team of influencer marketing managers / executives, setting best practices, processes, and a high-performance 4 to 10 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally at agencies or large / high-growth consumer brands
- Comes with a strong, ready-to-activate network of Micro, Nano, and Macro influencers across categories.
- Proven track record of owning large influencer marketing budgets with full accountability for outcomes and P&L.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to optimize costs without sacrificing quality or impact.
- Experience in building, leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of social media marketing and evolving platform trends.
