Job Description :

We are seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter with strong sourcing and networking skills to handle permanent and C2C requirements for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Naukri and must possess a strong professional network to close positions efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals .
• Handle C2C and permanent staffing requirements for our clients.
• Build and maintain a strong professional LinkedIn network for pipeline and referrals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
