Job Description :   Candidates from Staffing industry with Hands on experience into sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.

• 2+ years experience proven domestic IT Recruitments
• Experience in C2H is mandatory.
• Experience with VMS & ATS.
• Experience working with Direct client
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
