Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Skills and Qualifications
