Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist with a strong background in Display Advertising and Programmatic media buying. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with DSPs, Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and social marketing platforms, along with excellent command over Excel for campaign data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, manage, and optimize display advertising campaigns using DSP platforms.
- Work on Google Ads and Google Ads Editor to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (ad networks, rich media vendors) to manage ad delivery and performance.
- Ensure campaign QA and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data using Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, Pivot Tables).
- Manage RTB / Programmatic media buying with a solid understanding of auction mechanics.
- Continuously improve processes and campaign delivery quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in Ad Operations.Strong understanding of the Display Advertising ecosystem, including Ad Networks, RTB, and Programmatic buying.Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and DSP platforms.Solid expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, and Pivot Tables.Familiarity with rich media vendors and social marketing platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred :
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or digital media environment is a plus.
