Team Lead - Campaign Management

What will you do

• Team Leadership & Management : Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Operational Oversight : Develop and monitor daily workflows, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to company policies, and timely task completion, while analyzing key performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization : Oversee flawless campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and optimization strategies to enhance performance.
• Client Relationship Management : Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
• Process Improvement & Automation : Evaluate existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Training & Development : Identify team training needs, conduct sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Strategic Contribution : Support the development of campaign strategies, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and propose innovative initiatives to drive team and business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments to ensure strategic alignment, share best practices, and contribute insights through presentations or knowledge sharing sessions.
