Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership and Management :
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing B2C sales team.
Set clear individual and team sales goals and monitor progress.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and implement B2C sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration.
Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to adapt sales tactics.
Identify new opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new customers.
Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management :
Ensure an excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving them promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting :
Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and team performance.
Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and improve sales processes.
Prepare and present performance updates to senior management.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Collaborate with product teams to provide consumer feedback and insights.
Partner with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
