Job Title : Team Lead-Domestic BPO

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and proven leadership skills.

This is an on-site position located in Electronic City, Bangalore. The successful candidate will work a rotational shift with 6 days of work per week, including one day off.

To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry and 1 year of experience as a team lead. You should also hold any graduate degree and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage conflicts and escalate issues promptly
