We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a seamless HR experience for employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Skills and Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in HR operations or related field.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Education
