Role Overview :
- We are seeking a hands-on Payroll, Benefits, Systems & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our global systems, administration, payroll and benefits operations.
- This role will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence through HR systems-particularly BambooHR and ADP Celergo.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Management :
Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple regions using ADP Celergo.Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory reporting.Partner with Finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.Maintain compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and internal controls.Benefits Administration :
Manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.Collaborate with local HR teams and brokers to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.Lead annual benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, and employee communications.Monitor benefits utilization and provide insights for program optimization.Systems & Operations :
Ensure data integrity, system configuration, and user support for all systems.Drive automation and process improvements across HR operations.Lead system integrations between BambooHR, ADP Celergo, and other platforms.Develop and maintain SOPs, audit trails, and documentation for payroll and benefits processes.Compliance & Governance :
Ensure adherence to GDPR, data privacy, and international employment regulations.Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global HR compliance requirements.Oversee right to work checks and audit preparation.Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Lead, coach and develop the HR Operations Team to deliver excellent service.Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.Provide training and guidance to regional HR teams on payroll and benefits processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT teams.HR Service Delivery - Oversee all HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee records management.Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes (performance reviews, salary reviews).(ref : iimjobs.com)
