Roles and Responsibilities
This role will provide with an opportunity to get completely hands on with HR Operations primarily in a people centric consulting organisation. This role also requires exhibiting appropriate HR knowledge that helps to differentiate and make judgements impacting HR Processes, systems and operations. You will be supported to get a steep learning curve coupled with a platform to share ideas and execute them.
Responsibilities
Ensure proper onboarding for the new employees for helping them settle in the organization through experiences and processesConduct BGV and Maintain Statutory records of all associated documentation.Knowhow of basic HR Process and its impact in HRMSHRMS Data Governance through Employee LifecyclePolicy cascade and effective implementation of the sameEmployee Mobility support champion for domestic and international regionsReporting and analytics of HR Data and provide support for audit processes and HR compliancesHandling all employee HR-related queries through a ticketing system within SLA’sRevert to all aspects of post exit transactions for alumni and managing alumni relationshipsLeave Management including query handling, activation, validation and communicationHands on experience with Zoho or any other HRMS platform would be preferrableRequirements
