Protrainy is a growing EdTech and training solutions company, focused on delivering high-quality professional training programs for corporates, colleges, and individuals. We specialize in upskilling talent in the construction and engineering domain and bridging the gap between academia and industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves building strong relationships with corporates and colleges , understanding their training requirements, and driving business opportunities in the construction training space .

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with corporates, colleges, and institutions to pitch Protrainy's training solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, client interactions, and closures in CRM / records.
  • Represent Protrainy at client meetings, seminars, and networking events when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field .
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Client Relations (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest or background in construction / engineering / education sector will be an added advantage.
  • What We Offer

  • Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives (based on performance).
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM .
