About the Role :
The role involves acquiring new clients and promoting various financial products, with a focus on building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new clients through direct sales and outdoor field activities.
- Promote and sell Mutual Funds as the primary product, along with insurance, NPS, bonds, PMS, AIF, and other financial offerings.
- Explain investment solutions to clients and guide them in making informed financial decisions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with after-sales service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on financial products, regulations, and market trends.
Qualifications
Education : Minimum graduate (Finance / Commerce preferred).Experience : Freshers welcome; prior sales / finance experience is an advantage.Required Skills
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Mobility : Must own a two-wheeler for client visits and fieldwork.Attitude : Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in outdoor sales.Preferred Skills
Certifications : NISM / IRDA certifications will be an added advantage.Skills Required
