Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Marketing & Sales
Executive to lead our business expansion across government, industrial, and digital
platforms. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional sales instincts, creativity
to design compelling marketing campaigns, and the drive to convert leads into
revenue. This is a performance-driven role with high rewards, ideal for professionals

Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
Drive B2B sales growth across government tenders, distributors, and
institutional clients.
Actively pursue government RFPs / tenders, prepare proposals, and follow up
on documentation and conversion.
Build a robust sales funnel via cold outreach, physical and remote client
meetings, and networking.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a clear goal to
double the current sales within 12 months.
Online & Digital Sales
Increase visibility and generate online orders via online platforms like
IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Amazon Business.
Create and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp
Business, and email marketing.
Optimize product visibility through SEO, Google Ads, and digital content
strategies.
Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
Design and execute creative sales and marketing strategies tailored for
product segments and customer types.
Propose and roll out targeted campaigns that boost inquiries, engagement,
and revenue.
Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance based on data and
conversion metrics.
Branding & Promotion
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, product brochures, and marketing
material.
Represent Magnum at trade fairs, expos, and buyer-seller meets to increase
brand awareness.
Work with designers and agencies for collaterals, creatives, and branding
initiatives.
Client Management & Reporting
Develop long-term relationships with clients and government procurement
officers.
Ensure prompt follow-up, order fulfillment, and after-sales support for client
satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales tracking, performance reports, and lead status via
CRM or Excel.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Graduate in Marketing / Business; MBA preferred.
Experience : 5-10 years in B2B or industrial product sales specifically in HDPE
Nets, pipes and twines industry ; experience with government sales is a
strong advantage.
Sales Strategy : Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact
sales campaigns.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, and social media
platforms.
Tech-savvy : Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platforms.
Language : Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
