The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR operations, managing HRIS, and administering employee benefits. Additionally, the role involves assisting in employee training programs and maintaining employee records and compliance PF, ESI, LWF, salary sheet, Leave policy check attendance sheet.QualificationsHandle full & final settlements for resigning employees.Manage end-to-end recruitment : posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with management for final selection.Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Skills in Benefits Administration and employee TrainingStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
