Human Resources Executive

With a growing team and expanding operations, we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented  HR Executive  who can manage our workforce and support our vision of becoming a leading snacking brand.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations for a team of 15 employees and oversee smooth workplace functioning.Handle recruitment : source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various departments.Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth induction of new employees.Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee data management.Create and implement HR policies in alignment with company culture and compliance.Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.Support management in performance evaluation and training needs.Address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (2 years) as an HR Executive / Officer / Generalist.Strong knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, performance management).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.Familiarity with HRMS tools will be an added advantage.Why Join Us?
